We at Boyd Builders Inc. are also very proud of the fact that our founder and president, Doug Boyd, was elected in 2013 as the 69th President of the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association for the 2013-2014 session. Doug first joined the GFWBA in 1982 and has served in many ways over the years, including being chairman of the Spring Tour of Homes Committee and the Kaleidoscope of Homes, and has held the offices of Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, and served on the Exec. Committee and Board of Directors.
The GFWBA has over 500 members and was chartered in 1945. The Association has a strong history of representing the interests of builders and their clients across the seven counties they serve. Doug’s fellow builders elected him to that position because they felt safe with him–and we think your family will feel safe with him, too.

Boyd Builders, Inc. is the Premier Custom Home Builder in SW Tarrant County. We build True Custom Homes in Mansfield, Arlington, Kennedale, Burleson, Fort Worth, Colleyville, Southlake, Keller and surrounding areas in North Texas. We are family owned and operated, and our credentials are excellent.
We build approximately 15 to 30 homes each year, which allows us to work on slimmer margins than most small volume custom builders. Our attention to detail is paramount, and we have won a variety of prizes over the years in the Spring Tour of Homes put on by the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association.
